Tip #1 - If it doesn’t have a label on it, it’s real food - eat it.
Tip #2 - If you cannot pronounce any word on a label, don’t eat it.
Tip #3 - If you are going to buy any food that’s in package or container, the smallest amount of ingredients on the label, the better.
Tip #4 - Just because something is labeled as organic or comes from a health foods store, does not mean that it’s healthy.
Tip #5 - Check the amount of sugar in all foods that come in a package or container. Chances are, you are going to be shocked at the amount of sugar that is packed in what you may have thought was healthy.
Tip #6 - Eating healthy does not have to be complicated, in reality - all you need to do is go back to the basics and eat real food.
Tip #7 - Place some thought as to why so many foods that are now labeled as healthy, are not.
Tip #8 - Eating real healthy food is not more expensive, but rather the most cost effective way a person could possibly eat.
Just some simple and basic “food for thought”.
No need for me to complicate it by listing 20-100 tips, because in reality, if we simply return back to the basics, it’s not complicated at all.
